- Exfoliate and moisturise thoroughly prior to application.
- Apply to the body in circular motions using a Tanning Mitt, working in sections.
- Ensure the product has been applied all over; leave feet and hands until last using what remains on the mitt.
- Wait until skin is touch dry before dressing and avoid contact with water for at least 30 minutes.
