Open and hold the patch. Apply it on the breast avoiding the nipples, ensuring the fabric adheres to the skin perfectly. Apply the silicone cups on the patch and wear your bra. Leave to work for 2 hours. Remove the patch and gently massage with circular movements from the base of the breast, moving upwards and avoiding the nipples, making sure that any excess product is absorbed. Apply twice a week for 8 weeks. Thereafter, maintain the results by continuing treatment once a week or by applying the Firming Breast Enhancer Cream or Rapid Action Breast Enhancer once a day.
