Blend using fingertips to the inner corners of the eyes, across the brow bone and along the tops of cheekbones. Use an eyeshadow brush for precision and increased intensity. Use a powder brush to apply to shoulders, down the centre of the arms and across the décolletage for added radiance.

Subtle strobing
When I got this, I was a bit scared of the pastel colours, however both the cream and powder formulations lend a subtle glow that's easily blended out, rather than an in your face pastel pigment. I'm converted.
